MAKING LOVE

The production grows out of the physical research of the performer's body, which moves between apparent opposites: intimacy and exposure, gentleness and rawness, shyness and wildness. Together with her husband, musician Lukáš Palán, who excels in the performance with his unconventional experimentation on the electric guitar, the performer creates an intense dialogue between movement, music, and singing. The unique scenography of Slovak artist Simona Gottierová, who abstracts the materiality of the body through work with fluids, their colors and densities, creates a variable, visually captivating space. The performer's proximity to the audience, work with touch and words, and sensitively guided interactions open up the possibility of experiencing the topic not only through observation, but also through one's own bodily experience.

Making Love seeks an authentic relationship to sexuality as a natural part of human existence and raises the question of how to accept - especially female sexuality - openly, without prejudice, as a free force that belongs to no one in today's society.
